A Special Fee for Delegations:

Delegation with 10 delegates or more		450€/delegate
Delegation with 30 delegates or more		400€/delegate

The fees are independent from the membership category and the registration date. However the deadline has been set to the 19th of May because of organizing reasons. Please notice that after that we cannot accept delegations with the special fee.

However we ask you to notice that we highly recommend you to register as soon as possible to ensure the accommodation in the hotel of your choice. Because of the high season we cannot guarantee available rooms.

For registration please contact first Aira Raudasoja at iasp2006@congcreator.com. The information we require is the name of the contact person and the name list of the delegates. After that the delegates can proceed with the registration online. Please remember to register also to all the social events (they are included to the registration fee) that you wish to attend. Please notice that the registration is personal and the names on the list cannot be changed. We will send one invoice for all registrations and other reservations you may wish to make (sight-seeing tour, post-tour to Tallinn, accommodation).

It is possible to book the hotels before the registration even if you don’t have the participant names available. Please notice that in this case you are obligated to pay the accommodation fee already at this point. The fees are not refundable.
